History has taught us that, much of the time, murder was an inevitable outcome for the people who have become victims to these criminals. I am a victim of the "Scam Letter" or what I call "Trick and Trap." This crime is so commonplace today, that the U.S. Secret Service Financial Crime Division considers it to "... represent a serious financial threat to the country." In 1996, before scam letters became common knowledge, I received an offer to collect one third of $33 million. I am one of very few who actually went abroad to collect a "commission" and returned to tell about it.
