Moreover, we measure the effects of many recommended culture media recipes for callus induction ability. SDS-PAGE and RAPD-PCR were used to find out biochemical and molecular markers associated with this trait. Both molecular and biochemical markers associated with this trait offered a promising alternative to morphological marker as they can be analyzed at a very early stage of plant development and mostly display co-dominant inheritance.
