Near Very Good overall with minor flaws: rebound velvet cloth covers with plastic Jesus attached are spotted but not torn or frayed, a tinted picture of Christ is taped to ffep, front hinge is reinforced inside w purple cloth strip, frontispiece page is taped. Binding very tight and book unmarked except that a few of the Family Record pages have handwritten data. Pages slightly yellowing, a few have tears that can be easily taped. All pages are present and intact. 10-1/2 x 12-3/4 x 4, with 128 + 20 + 80 + 789 + 222 pp, b/w illus, color dividers, weight 12 lbs.
