The objective of this study is to measure tourist satisfaction level toward the quality of the service at the Kuala Selangor Nature Park. Hence, in this study has use ECOSERVE model that is adapted from SERVEQUAL that the tangible dimension has been recategorized into tangible and ecotangible dimensions and other dimensions are assurance, responsiveness, empathy and reliability. At the conclusion, the finding in this study will help a lot the management of the park especially improve the services and facility to accomplish tourist satisfactions.
